The complex includes three authentic apartments of different size (from sqm50/sqft540 to sqm120/sqft1,290), located on what used to be the old perimeter of the defensive walls of the town of Carpignano Salentino. In fact, the largest of the three apartments is partially developed below street level, and demonstrates the presence of the old defensive moat. The apartments, originally built in the 19th Century and used for a long time as a depot for the nearby Chironi Palace, underwent an accurate refurbishment and are now include all modern comforts, whilst maintaining their authentic features and ancient charm.
All the three buildings are made of local sandstone and are characterised by the presence of remarkable and well-preserved star-vaulted ceilings. They are ideal to host 2, 3 and 4 guests, respectively, but can easily accomodate up to 5 or 6.
Tap drinkable water is avaialble in the apartments, sourced from the local aqueduct (Acquedotto Pugliese) and filtered and softened on-site.
Furthermore, the complex autonomously produces clean electricity and hot water from renewable sources through discreet photovoltaic and solar panels located on the roof.
From June 1st to September 15th, guests of the complex will be able to use freely, on rotation amongst the three apartments, two sunbeds and an umbrella at the Riva del Sole beach club (located in Alimini beach), as well as the adjacent car parking (free for guests of the club). Tre Volte Belle is just a few miles away from the famous and award-winning beaches of the Melendugno area (San Foca, Roca, Torre dell’Orso, Sant’Andrea) and the Otranto area (Frassanito, Alimini), as well as the marvelous city of Lecce, and is well connected with the Brindisi and Bari airports.
